Cefixime and Ofloxacin tablets are a combination of two different antibiotics that work together in different ways to treat a variety of bacterial infections.

Cefixime stops the growth of bacteria and kills them. Ofloxacin prevents the growth and repair of the bacteria that cause the infection and prevents the infection from spreading further. This combination drug can be used to treat a variety of bacterial infections, including ear, sinus, throat, lungs, urinary tract, skin, and soft tissue.

This usually makes you feel better within a few days, but you should continue to take it as directed even when you feel better to make sure the bacteria are killed and you don't develop a tolerance.
